• Metal Value: Calculated based on the purity (e.g., 22KT, 18KT gold) and the exact weight of the metal at the current market rate.
• Making Charges: Fabrication and craftsmanship charges, which vary based on the complexity of the design.
• Taxes: All purchases are subject to the applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India (typically 3% on gold value and making charges).

Please note that gold rates fluctuate daily according to market conditions. The price of your item is finalized only when you complete checkout and your order is confirmed.

We accept payments through secure, integrated gateways. Payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Net Banking, and select digital wallets.

All transaction details are encrypted using secure sockets layer technology (SSL). Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment verification is received.

We ship across India using trusted and fully insured logistics partners (such as Blue Dart and Delhivery) to guarantee safe transit.

• All shipments are fully insured against loss or theft in transit.

We offer a 14-day return policy for standard, non-customized jewellery items, provided the product is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with the tamper-evident purity seal intact.

• Custom-made jewellery, personalized engravings, and altered pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source after quality verification checks by our certified laboratory.
